I called at 8am and had a technician at my house 1030am…I was having problems with my Boiler not lighting and he figured it out quickly! Even though I’m going to need a new boiler sooner than later, he got the heat back on and was super friendly and knowledgeable…their overall customer service was impeccable and I’ll be using them once I’m ready to get my new boiler installed.

I called at noon because my boiler for hot water heat was not working. Talked to Marius, once I described the problem he said "I am on my way"....and he was here in 30 min. He dug in to that boiler and worked and worked until he figured it out !! 4 1/4 hours later he had it all fixed. I was so impressed with his perseverance and his knowledge and professionalism. I have used MacVik for many years, but Marius was exceptional....I highly appreciate him working and working until he found the solution ...AND he had the repair part in the van....so unusual and so appreciated that he left when it was fixed.

While I didn’t have the opportunity to use Mac-Vik in my own home this week (I live just outside their service area), I did have the privilege of working with one of their consultants, Camden, in a training class I was facilitating—and I felt compelled to share this.
If I lived in their service area, I would invite these two into my home without hesitation.
From what I know about Mac-Vik, their core values are strong—and Camden definitely embodies those values at the highest level. You could immediately see why Mac-Vik chose them to be part of their team. Their professionalism, integrity, and commitment to excellence were evident in everything they did.
What impressed me most was his genuine heart for customers. He wasn't just a skilled technician—he is a true consultant who cares deeply about doing what’s right. You can tell he is constantly sharpening his skills, not out of obligation, but because he truly wants to serve people well. His mindset is simple but powerful: leave every home safer, better, and more cared for than when they arrived.
If I were in the area, Mac-Vik would absolutely be at the top of my list. Based on what I’ve seen, they don’t just talk about great service—they live it every day.
