I recently needed repairs on my house fan. My electrician was absolutely outstanding! Let me get straight to the point: don’t waste your time with anyone else. They are the best people I’ve ever dealt with, from top to bottom. They’re like a family, and it shows in how they value each customer and provide exceptional service. Since becoming a customer well over nine/ten years ago, I’ve had the pleasure of dealing with everyone at Mac-Vik, and they all share a commitment to excellence that’s rare these days. I highly recommend this company to my neighbors and friends. If the topic of plumbing and heating, or electrical work comes up, I tell them who to call: Mac-Vik. No one I’ve referred has ever been disappointed, and everyone who has experienced their expertise, genuine care, and concern for doing the right thing at the right price has become a customer for life, just like me. I have been a member of their discount club every year which is a tremendous benefit and great value. You really get a lot with your annual dues. Yes, their work is excellent, but what matters most is that they’re all incredibly great human beings. That’s who I do business with, and I’ll always recommend them. They’ll exceed your expectations, and you’ll refer them to everyone you know who needs service.

We've used Mac-Vik Plumbing, Heating & Electrical at least 10 times over the past few years, and we've consistently had excellent experiences. Every technician we've worked with has been professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. A special thank you to Jorge, who recently repaired our swamp cooler. He was incredibly helpful, experienced, and took the time to explain everything clearly. The repair was completed quickly, and our cooler is working great again. It's hard to find service companies that are this consistently reliable, and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend Mac-Vik to anyone looking for plumbing, heating, or electrical work. Great service job done well very professional

I appreciated Mac-Vik showing up in the specified window and looking at my plumbing issue. Turned out to be an issue with the appliance, but they did a through job of looking at the trouble area and verified they could not fix the problem. Nice guys to work with.

Jorge was great, check my HVAC system, explained the systems to be. Made a quick fix and AC was back running well again. Great price too.

June 2026: Brian came to take care of a plumbing problem, and was very diligent in getting it resolved, which was much appreciated! May 2026: Another great experience with Mac-Vik! Erin came to get my swamp cooler up and running for the season. She's a very knowledgeable and friendly technician who completed the work very quickly and efficiently. October 2025: Marius came this morning to shut down my swamp cooler for the season - as well as inspect my tankless water heater and furnace. He's a very knowledgeable and experienced technician who definitely knows his trade - very nice that he took the time to thoroughly explain the results of the inspections he did - something that doesn't happen very often with contractors these days. Also need to say that Marius is a super nice guy, and I'm glad he's part of the Mac-Vik team! July 2025: Dylan showed up right on time, and quickly resolved the issue with my swamp cooler - he's a very knowledgeable, competent and polite service technician. Also need to say that Mac-Vik is a great company to work with - they answer their phone, and do their best to get you scheduled asap.
