Jorge is a wonderful asset to the company. He explains things well, provides evidence to back up his observations, and instills confidence. We were concerned about inspecting for mold in our AC unit and he followed all our wishes to a "T" and it became evident that this is standard practice for Mac-Vik. We've remained loyal customers for many years.

I was so impressed by Fernando and the Mac Vic company. This is the first time I have gotten photographs of who’s coming with a bio.Mac Vic office Called to let me know to let me know technician will be half an hour late. Fernando technician called me to let me know he was on his way. That’s all people need. Let me know when you’re running late!
Once Fernando got here, he was very polite and cleaned up everything. All the carpeting was covered before the machine was bought in. I highly recommend this Mac Vic and their staff.
