From the first phone call to schedule to the final details of the call. Mac Vic hit a grand slam. The communication previsit was timely and thorough. I even received a bio for the technician coming to my home and accurate eta. Upon arrival the service was thorough and all was explained step by step as well as all my options for further maintenance. I am thoroughly satisfied with the service and experience.

I wasn't expecting to get a technician sent out right away, but they had someone available the day I called for a garbage disposal replacement. Quality work, all questions answered, and I now have a nice, new, quiet disposal. Would recommend Brian!

I had an AC and furnace replaced two years ago from Mac-Vik. I was having issues with my AC not working. I called Mac-Vik and they sent Erin out. She was very personable and knowledgeable and diagnosed the issue and fixed my AC.

I’ve always had excellent experience with there technicians. They recently provided a whole house water purification system. Over the years they’ve installed a HVAC system, water heater, and whole house generator.

This company is the very best! We had a challenging project, and Mac-Vik gave it 100%+ every step of the way. I was advised to use Mac Vic when my previous heating guy left the state. I was interested in a company that was honest and dependable. Boy did he get it right. Jorge Mancha came to my house again and was super-efficient and very easy to talk with as usual. He kept me informed about the repair and even negotiated a lower cost. He not only took the time to walk me through the repairs but gave me some great advice to keep my air conditioner running efficiently. Jorge was awesome, as usual!!!! Mac Vic and they will always be my heating/cooling specialists and Jorge welcome here!!
