Jorge was great, he is extremely polite and well versed. He repaired a gas heater for my shop and did some unexpected clean out at no additional charge. We had a problem with the furnace which prevented him from servicingit, so there was no charge for the furnace repair until we reschedule. Would have been 5 star, but I have a problem with the company for charging a fee to come out and then an additional fee for the work. If there was no work, I would certainly understand the initial charge, but if you do work while on the call, the trip charge should be included. Also annoying that they charge you to put the service on a credit card.
