Fernando is our super hero resolving a major drain issue. We have had multiple issues over the past few months and MacVik has been quick to respond.

Dylan and Josh did a great job! They replaced 3 thermostats and cleaned and checked my boiler for hot water heat in a multi-level home.

Mac-Vik is on time and dependable. Most recently after installing a new garbage disposal a pinhole leak was discovered in my sink, Tate came back and fixed it within the hour. They have gotten a bit expensive with recent inflation. // Oct, 2024 update - Kurt came out to clear my main line. He was great and gave me tips on things I could do to reduce costs in the future and noticed an error made by a previous plumber. // Sept, 2025 - Fernando Hernando was here for my annual main line clean out. He was great. From the time I called to the time he was done it was 1 hour!

We reported a subtle noise after closing faucets. Within a minute Brian had diagnosed a failed expansion tank. We have a high pressure supply on 9th St in Golden and he confirmed this. He fetched materials and replaced the pressure reduction valve and expansion tank (with a higher-pressure-rated one) in less than two hours.

Update 9/2025 The best peace of mind I have is knowing that I have the best boiler professional to take care of my home for me. Marius is an exceptional professional with very high level skills and a sense of urgency around making sure my boiler works correctly. I couldn't be happier with the customer service and I sleep well every night knowing my home is safe because I hire the best! Thank you Marius and Mac-Vik !!

Update 11-27-23. Awesome service from Matthew. As usual. I never have to worry when he's helping me out at the house. Thank you, Matthew! October 30th 2023 outstanding plumbing service from Matthew. He helped me to solve a problem with a leaky pipe. As always, exceptional customer service. These people actually care about me and that's what makes the difference and that's why I'll keep calling them! I can trust the work. I know the work's done right the first time and the kindest people you'll ever meet!!

Marius C. is a boiler repair genuus. This man was able to fix my boiler when other services were not. And he had it all fixed within an hour and a half. His customer service and knowledge was impeccable. I am so impressed that I'm going to be scheduling more business with this company immediately. I highly recommend the company for their fast response but I especially would highly recommend Marius to anyone with a boiler repair. EXCEPTIONAL!

New service on 9/25/2025 - Dylan diagnosed a problem with my boiler (turned out to be a broken wire), resolved it, and stayed long enough to make sure everything was working. Fair price! Thank you for keeping my old boiler going!

Replaced a failing valve/control unit for one of my boiler heating zones. Did a great job working to diagnose it completely, as it hadn't completely failed and was working when Marius arrived. However, Marius listened to what I had noted and kept diagnosing until he was able to reproduce the problem and isolate the issue (a valve was not opening all the way on occasion). He gave me feedback about my system, but didn't try to upsell me, which I really appreciate. Very pleased with his work!
