Very good job, finding and fixing the problem, late in the day, a tough day but he remained in good spirits and got it done.

I would like to recommend Mac-Vik for all your furnace/air conditioning needs. I especially like Jorge. He helped me out last year with a complex air conditioning system. When it was installed improperly he took charge and explained everything. It took quite alot of work. His perseverance and expertise solved the problem. Now I see him annually for service to make sure I'm safe and secure. I enjoy seeing him each time.

Brian is an experienced professional. Offers good advice. On time, prompt work, left the area neat and clean, personable and friendly. Mac-Vik/Brian are my first choice for any plumbing job in the future.

Jorge is so professional and honest. He fixed the issue with our furnace quickly and only charged us the service charge. I would highly recommend Jorge and Mac Vic.

Fernando Hernandez was very professional, and was able to resolve the issue with my garbage disposal in not a lot of time. He made sure that it now works with no issues. He is another asset to Mac Vick, and I will continue to be a customer.

I had an issue with my garbage disposal again where it wouldn't turn on. I called to schedule an appointment and spoke with Brooke. She was very kind and did some troubleshooting with me. As a result of the troubleshooting, the issue is resolved! Thank you Mac Vik for having employees like Brooke! Yet another reason that I will have Mak Vik for my plumbing needs! 😁

Mac-Vik is the best! They installed a new boiler system for heating and hot water at our house the end of 2019, and there were a number of issues with the system over the years but Mac-Vik came out and fixed them all. But it turns out that there were a couple of big things the manufacturer should have approved to be replaced when the unit was under warranty but they chose not to, and now that the unit is out of warranty those parts need replacing and it would have been a big expense to us to get our hot water working again. But Tom, the owner, took incredibly great care of us by handling all of the repairs for us and then he’s going back to the manufacturer to try to get them to cover the items, but he said that could take time and he didn’t want us to have to go weeks without hot water while he was waiting to hear back from the boiler manufacturer. Their technicians are great – they are very knowledgeable and always show up on time (even early most of the time). I can’t say enough good things about them! And as a fellow small business owner I really appreciate how well they treat their customers and how they go above and beyond to make things right!
