Brian arrived an hour ahead of schedule. Received a call from Alex to inquire if I would be available for a Tech to come out early, I said no problem When he arrived he introduced himself. He was dressed and spoke VERY professionally. Brian was extremely knowledgeable about my plumbing problem. Each and every question I had for him was answered in a professional manner. I was extremely impressed by Brian. My biggest pet peeve is customer service, he was #1 in my book. I put my trust and money in this company, and will recommend them anyone that wants their job done right and at the best prices - bar none. Keep up the outstanding work Brian. Your customer service, knowledge, and professionalism is “SECOND TO NONE"!

I had a new water heater installed by Will. Brian did the diagnosis of old heater a month ago, and he was on target: old tank had a lot of debris, way too much to flush out. It was time to replace it.
Alex called early to advise of delay in Will’s arrival, about 40-50 minutes behind scheduled window. Not a problem and I appreciated the early call.
Will was helped by Fernando during the heavy lifting parts. Otherwise worked efficiently on his own. He was courteous, answered my questions willingly, and cleaned up neatly. He showed me what to expect as air bubbles (from water shut-off) worked through the system. All seems in good order.
